10 days later, down 1.5 lbs.
I started at 208 and now I'm 206.5! I've noticed that when I work out in the morning, it sets my whole day up for success. It just makes everything better. My only challenge now is not messing up my mornings by staying up late.
But this pretty much is on point. My goal is 1 pound per week, and its been 10 days, so another 4 days and I lost that .5 lb.
My 30-day butt challenge is coming out nicely, my butt is nice and firm and I feel stronger. So everything is going swell! I'll post more updates as I go! <3
