It's just so weird...

The other day I was down to 206.5 lbs, I was so happy. But then I step on the scale and I'm back to 208, and even 209! How did I GAIN weight!? Part of me says that this is normal for the first couple of weeks, the up and down, but its been 16 days and I haven't seen any results. I think maybe I need to be stricter with my diet, (I really haven't been eating well). Another part of me says I have to exercise consistently, I have only been exercising when I have time, which isn't often. 

I think it's time to start writing down what I eat, that way I can be ACCOUNTABLE for what I put in my body. There's no hiding that extra piece of cheese now! Mwuahaha! No, but seriously, I'm doing this because I love myself... 


Oh, and DRINK MORE WATER! Maybe the extra few lbs is due to water retention from not staying hydrated enough. Now that I mention it... I drink like 3 cups of coffee a day and not much extra water. I should be drinking an extra cup of water PER cup of coffee. So on top of the 64 ounces of normal water consumption, I need to be taking in 3 MORE cups of water a day! Maybe I found out just what was happening... :)
